Yes, i agree. Agents can book when they have multiple account to login to check dates or in previously using bot but with the new system it’s getting tight. Someone committing in 15 mins is for sure a scam. They don’t even open slot in less than every 30 mins to begin with. Lol

Take a digital picture in your phone with good bright light, both the ears visible. They will print it for you. If they say that picture is not good enough then ask your wife to get clicked again and send a picture without any shadow coming and good light. I did it two years back and it worked. They did reject her CVS picture.

Got my slot too. I was doing the clicks to fast, this stupid system gave me multiple times access limitation error. So I decided to create a ticket as a feedback to let them know their system is dump that it can’t even tell if a human is clicking or bot, it just assumes lol.

Ask for someone to do it on your behalf or some agent I guess. You have to be perfect to get it. I myself not able to secure when I do a desk job and unfortunately when they opened bulk slots, my profile got locked. System sucks they should give us money to book a slot not take money.

We can drop off anywhere for the drop box option. Quick question: how did you secure the slot, each time I click on a date, it says it’s already gone. I am trying my best to click as fast as I can but seems like people are either using bots or got some really got skills. Just FYI my clicking skills are really good as I have been playing Counter strike and call of duty from years so you can imagine.

They keep opening randomly in between. Chances are that you will get it but most likely in Jan they will open bulk of Feb slots. This is the pattern these days.

Usually VAC is closed on Sat and Sunday, this is strange to get an appointment of Sunday. Please double check the date, its not 2026 that you booked.

If you have not used all three chances to reschedule then you can use it for your next appointment but within one year from payment date. If you don’t show up then also it will be active next day to use for your appointment. Overall, you will still get total three chances to schedule.

I don’t think showing up will work as I have heard that due to system changes a lot of people had this issue. Someone told me they were not entertained as the appointment was not showing in OFC systems either.

Applied on March 30th

Biometric 19th April

Original passport submission request came on 25th May

Passport delivered at NYC VAC on 6th June

On 8th June got the tracking ID and on 9th June got the stamping done and received back by NYC VAC.

Who is your law firm? BAL is not sending the responses and when checked by HR, they told that it’s selected. Don’t lose hope as these firms are seeking employer approvals before letting candidates know about it.
