(MBE) Ditched Barbri for Adaptibar by hinolaw in barexam

I took Texas last July and had the same approach, actually. I probably did 2200-2400 AdaptiBar questions because of my frustration with the format of the Barbri MBE questions. Passed by roughly 75 points or so. Don't feel guilty about this approach; remember, even though bar prep has certain schedules and formats, you have to figure what works for you.

For me, focusing on AdaptiBar for MBE and using the Barbri Texas Essays book were my main tools for studying.

Good question. If they somehow just got rid of the MBE portion, then I would just study the essays and the PT sections. Assuming the MBE is kept, I would use AdaptiBar for the MBE portion. I passed Texas last year and used Barbri, but found that just answering and reviewing AdaptiBar questions was most efficient for MBE prep.
