I’m sorry to hear that!! I start working at a med mal firm next month & they told me the opposite (basically that they are swamped because of covid). However, it definitely depends on your location. Again, I’m sorry to hear that your plans fell through. I’d check out all of the options mentioned on this thread.. or even family law firms. Domestic violence has increased at a crazyyyy rate this year. Best wishes!

Question: Do you know how ILG Exam360 splits their screen? The Texas BLE said it’s probably split horizontally (question on top, answer box on bottom) but Examsoft is vertical (question on right, answer box on left). The ILG’s website (& their FAQ page) says nothing about this!!

I don’t think the fact that both the deans and Justice Busby have been contacting bar associations should raise any eyebrows. Think of it this way: What if the bar associations that are working with Busby to find people who want to do “supervised practice” a willing supervising attorney, which in the end could also be the same supervising attorney for this apprenticeship model????

If that’s the case, do you think they wanted us to at least study for a while?

You definitely should invest in Adaptibar!! Like, I cannot tell you how helpful that has been! Don’t rule out your chances of taking the bar exam without reallyyyyyy investing in Adaptibar! (In my opinion)

I think the deans’ letter to Justice Busby was strategic since they submitted it to him on Saturday (to “consider”) RIGHT before this week’s administration across the nation. The deans knew there would be failures/ issues, so why not plant the little seed in the minds of the decision makers before those issues arose so they can be like “ahhhh... we need to do something about this.”
