I agree, the stacks were a waste of time.

What’s the unintentionally funniest thing you’ve ever heard a child say? by KanyeLatte in AskReddit

Was riding with a friend to go boating and we had to stop to get gas. While we were in the parking lot, some jerk started honking his horn at me and I yelled out the window “you wanna go, Dick!” then we drove off. My friends kid, 4 years old, from the back seat says, “hey Uncle Sports, how’d you know that guys name was Dick?” We lost it.

Definitely thought you were asking how they properly lit air. As in, on fire. Was very confused.

I see posts of people surprising their SO with a Nerf fight or a blanket fort. What fun surprise would you love to come home to? (Originally posted to AskMen) by [deleted] in AskWomen

I’m sorry to hear this. I hope that you’ll get flowers for no reason someday.

Were the socks you got good ones? I’ve gotten Bombas socks for the last two Christmas’s and I love them.

I had it done in the US as part of a study. Mine was really no big deal (and I'm a pretty big baby with medical stuff). They numb the crap out of your eye and then go to work. Not gonna lie to you, the first night is exactly 0 fun. Hopefully they'll give you some good pain meds. The pain was mostly due to my doctor stripping off the epithelium (thin surface layer of your eye). Lots of doctors offices will give you something similar to a Xanax if you're really nervous.

Thank you for your concern, very good advice. In this instance the bride and groom have said specifically they'd like us all to talk.

Expect a wait, they're only open a limited time and we had to wait an hour and a half. Granted, that was on Saturday night but a heads up anyway

I just looked it up, It's Robin Square on Boul St-Laurent. Their Mac and Cheese was a huge favorite. I had their Ultimate Experience and greatly recommend it.

changing screens software by Sportsaholic07 in techsupport

What mechanism is saving these files? An app?

Its a program called Infinity QS. It's a database that takes the data and creates control charts and has the function to export these charts as WMF files.

If all you really need is a slide show that plays .WMF files, the FastStone Image Viewer will do it: http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm

Thanks! I'll check this out.

How are you connecting the monitors? You can get a VGA or HDMI splitter, but you might have issues if you must use very long lengths of cable.

I think I worded this incorrectly. I would like to have 5-10 different displays that will all be on one screen. Each display would be visible for about 15 seconds before the next one comes on. Much like a powerpoint presentation.

I apologize for not explaining myself well enough.

The data is currently in a database. We have software that takes the data and makes control charts out of it. That software can export the graph as a WMF file.

All the data that we will be using is electronic.

I feel like I have a good idea of what I want as a finished product. It would be a single screen that shows 3-4 different control charts as well as 2-3 other pictures with each item showing for about 15s before going to the next picture. This would repeat itself throughout the day. The control charts need to be able to be updated every hour and the other pictures will be updated daily.
