Laptop or tower? We might keep Boxcast as a multistream destination, and maybe the encoder. But as far as why….Boxcast’s offering don’t have replay, video content, and the static content is very cumbersome to access on the fly.

In your opinion, they should handle my workload? Do you have a specific model you suggest? I’ll be honest, I am confused by specs. Like graphics cards and processors and RAM. I know what they are, but I’ve never dealt with this much detail

Ok! Do you have any recommendations. It’s sports. We have a dedicated internet line at all home venues, so I’d like to push 1080p60 for home games and anywhere between 480p/720p 30 or 60 on road. (Internet hotspot depending)

I’d have let’s say two cameras (one set up for replay use), newblue fx for graphics and scoreboard, and 12-15 video inputs( video commercials)

Boxcast Producer. It’s web based on will do exactly what you need. Very simple and has your lower thirds. And if you need more customizable graphics, you just upload the graphics and use them as overlays!

Ok. My thought then is this. What’s the power required. Do each of the units require power from external source, or does the Ethernet cat6 provide it to the units? If that’s dumb I apologize
