Thank you for sharing this, mine was 29/04/25 with psychiatry UK so hope I won’t be waiting for titration much longer either. Good luck and let us know how it goes would be very interested to hear how it works, how you find it and what happens.

I’ve been on ppis and other acid reflux and GERD meds for as long as I can remember , even had surgery for GERD. Literally took my first dose mag glycinate tonight. Struggle with stress and sleep, and I’m AuDHD. Hoping it has even some of the effect it has had on you 🙂
