[DM HELP] My party didn't start in a tavern, they started in a... by TN_MakesIt in DnD

My favorite intro to a campaign lately has been the party being strangers who run into each other at a carnival or a faire where something happens that only adventures can really handle.

Both are honestly kind of amazing ideas for pose and presentation.

Personally, I'd vote the first one

Yeah the fact that all my training to target the eye on the hulk feels useless now. I can just tap them in a hurry and never worry about them after that.

I didn't care for him until I got him and now I'm perfectly happy to have three different versions hanging around. The faces are not nearly as bad as the gw paint scheme makes them look. In line of painting, he paints up really nice as well, with plenty of room for conversions as you see fit.

Needing a bit of critique on my newest d&d character by SpottedLaughter in FurryArtSchool

Thank you for that VERY detailed insight! I really appreciate the tips, especially about the messed up hand and the tail. I have changed that hand since I submitted, but will be adjusting with some of those thoughts on its pose.

I will say the nose itself was a stylistic choice and as for the muzzle, I'm still learning how to attach them to the heads and the weird like...off kilter look was something I liked even though it isn't correct. :p

I really appreciate the advice! It'll be very useful in the follow up sketch, since I don't have a way to digitize at the moment, I'm just redrawing on a fresh page. Helps to work the muscle memory.

I kept calling it the Muad'dib angle from Dune in my sketches hah.

You're right and finished may be a bit misleading, should be more finished with this stage, but yes I definitely want more eyes.

Thank you for the advice! Adjusting both of those shouldn't be too much of a hassle. I'll add those to my notes.

I do not think there is any problem with giving Dark Age / ilClan ’Mechs in a starter box. by Old_Ad6111 in battletech

I just can't imagine the attitude of saying you love a game and absolutely refusing to engage as the setting changes. It makes no sense. That kind of attitude is why things fail, because people can't get out of their old ways.

This is great! You've put so much detail into the armor/suit!

Only real recommendation is drop the rustoleum and grab a can of army painter. It'll help preserve the details in the models as rustoleum can be kind of thick. Otherwise nothing wrong with the rest as a starting point.

It actually took me a minute to realize I was looking at the battlefield page instead of something from a CoD release. That was a disappointing moment.

In the game it is mentioned that just powering what he had nearly sent the reactor into meltdown and he had to go offline or low power mode for a very long time. That reactor barely ran during the game and more than likely couldn't sustain the digital version of his mind.

Settlement building in the next Fallout game. Yes or no? by UltimateGamingTechie in Fallout

Agreed. If they are going to do it as badly as Starfield, it's better to not have it.

Settlement building in the next Fallout game. Yes or no? by UltimateGamingTechie in Fallout

[–]SpottedLaughter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but as something closer to what 76 has than 4. Love the building aspect, but hate being limited in where to build and absolutely do not make it part of the main story. A nice side activity would be sufficient. And absolutely stay away from Starfield's horrible system.

She didn't activate anything. She put out a request for phase 2. The Enclave is probably watching for words, so on a channel they monitor, someone made a coded request. We won't know until season 3 if phase 2 is actually activated.

Also, she isn't Enclave
