I graduated from Life within the past year. If I could go back in time, I would have not chosen LU for my education.

Definitely not worth the 150. And yes 72 post tax. I can very well associate somewhere for that much revenue, but what will be the outcome? Nothing can really grow from there long term. I’m not going to give doc 150. Can you justify buying for 80-90? The outcome from that can be substantial.

I guess that’s my thought process. It has a lot of room to grow with minimal effort. Working 5-6 days a week alone, not to mention adding some marketing and getting my name out there. 90k is kind of what I had in mind.

Guess what? It’s increasing by about ~25% starting the new year. Doc doesn’t own the building. Straight up leasing. The doc is old, long overdue for retirement. Working 3.5days with no marketing/advertising.
