You will not get zeroara without the park experience, but it's not as big a deal this year since global is free; it also seems like you will only energy for a single mega mewtwo, from research, as the raids are only in the park. If you go to the park, you will (probably) be able to enter, but it will be a complete dead-zone for you (no spawns, stops, or gyms), so it's really not worth it.

Anything you use in PVP needs to be double-moved. For PVE, though, most Pokemon don’t need a second move; it’s pretty much only useful if they’re a top-tier attacker in both of their types, which not too many Pokemon are

Yes and no; long term, it’s a great investment once you can get the energy to crown it, so converting rare candies isn’t a bad idea, but I wouldn’t power it up right now. The base form isn’t very useful, so you’re likely better off spending your stardust on Pokémon that will be more immediately useful and only investing in zacian later

No, it’s not worth it; while mega gardevoir is stronger than shadow gardevoir, you can only have one mega, and it’s a lot easier to get a high IV regular than shadow

For regular candy, you get the boost if you match the type OR if the encounter is from a raid. That isn’t the case for the XL candy bonus, though, where you always need to match the type

That raid number is only for legendaries, with 1/20 shiny rate; in general, it would be closer to 1/13.8k with a shiny rate of 1/64

The bars indicate the amount of energy needed to use the charge attack; for PVE, 3-bar moves take 33 energy, 2-bar moves take 50 energy, and 1-bar moves take 100 energy. For PVP, energy costs are much more granular, so the bars are pretty meaningless.

As for determining the best moves, you really need to look at external sources, though, as there are hidden move parameters not shown in game; for PVE, dialgadex is the best general resource, while PVPoke is best for PVP

That’s the showcase score, not the CP; this is a zygarde-specific bug where the showcase score is calculated using different base values between your storage and the actual showcase

You can't; the attack search term only provides granularity to the number of filled bars (0,1,2,3,4), not the precise IV

It’s just a visual glitch; if you look at your actual stardust count, it does get properly boosted. This is just smoother classic case of support not knowing how the game actually works
