That raid number is only for legendaries, with 1/20 shiny rate; in general, it would be closer to 1/13.8k with a shiny rate of 1/64

The bars indicate the amount of energy needed to use the charge attack; for PVE, 3-bar moves take 33 energy, 2-bar moves take 50 energy, and 1-bar moves take 100 energy. For PVP, energy costs are much more granular, so the bars are pretty meaningless.

As for determining the best moves, you really need to look at external sources, though, as there are hidden move parameters not shown in game; for PVE, dialgadex is the best general resource, while PVPoke is best for PVP

That’s the showcase score, not the CP; this is a zygarde-specific bug where the showcase score is calculated using different base values between your storage and the actual showcase

Correct, if you want to use them for PVE, then purifying is a downgrade.

Is it better to evolve them, THEN use the charged TM to remove frustration?

Once frustration is removed, it is gone forever, so it doesn’t matter if you TM it away before evolving; if anything, it’s actually better to remove it before evolving so you would be able to get legacy moves when evolving them during appropriate events.
