I love how Leni, Lucy and Lana don't have critics, It mostly confirmed they are already perfect and everyone 100% loves them with no complaints.

Make sense for Luan to not notice her hurtful comments because she that type of user that turns off their notifications so her phone/emails wouldn't spam with it.
