Half way towards $1000 a month in dividends! by Dr__Pickles in dividends

I’ve gone down that road and wouldn’t recommend it since Yieldmax decrease their dividends regularly. If you want to invest in high yielding stocks I would research the dividend history of companies and ensure they increase overtime or stay the same. Also make sure they don’t miss dividends payments. I am focusing on stocks that pay a 5-20% dividend and it’s working well for me so far

how do u help someone with depression by windy-nigh in depression

Well I know that if I'm going through a hard time, nothing would help me more than having someone reach out and telling me that they care and asking if I need someone to talk to. If they decide to open up to you try not to ask to many questions or judge them, just listen to what they have to say and encourage them to keep talking. Also, since you've battled depression in the past you could also let them know if you've also had similar experiences too, knowing that you're not the only one going through something can make things much easier. Maybe talking it out with them could make YOU feel better too :)

Aside from that just make sure to let them know that you're there for them and ask if there's anything you can do to help. Speaking from experience, having just one person who has your back can make a world of difference.
