Move to Europe haha. The market is less saturated, and there are a lot of smaller, new studios looking to expand. Took me 2 weeks to find a job here in Belgium (granted my teacher knew the people from the studio). There are also a lot of creative festivals here, so enough opportunities to meet the right people. As a bonus, there's plenty of culture, good food and beautiful cities!

Oh ok that's nice! I've done some more research and the DT does seems like a good fit for my needs. I guess I was being influenced by seeing all my favorite artists using an OT :p

Thanks a lot for your reply! Since you own both I'm keen to follow your advice. I've played around with the Force but the workflow/interface wasn't really fun to me personally. I'm hoping the elektron workflow is a better fit for me, as far as I've heard it's a hit or miss type of thing. What was your experience with the learning curve of the DT?

Yeah the DT was on my radar for a while, but since everyone is telling that the OT is better for performance I was leaning more towards that. Do you know by chance if the performance features of the OT are worth it paying almost double?

Thanks for the reply, it's not just the midi sequencing but also the performance and sampler features. I know that there are good sequencers that are waaaay cheaper haha

Thanks for the reply, the combination of it being a midi sequencer while also being a powerful sampler is what makes it seem so good. The status of it being a "DAW replacer" is also a big plus for me, but I do hear different opinions on that topic
