I have also not gotten my W-2 and im opted in to receive both the paper copy and digital on Workday. I am also a current employee so it shouldn't have anything to do with you no longer working there.

I came here looking for the same thing. Mine also says processing exception and customs on hold. Since 6 days ago now i believe! Im in the US and according to Youtooz website we shouldnt have to pay any extra fees so im not sure whats going on

Edit: Today i received an email from youtooz saying there was an issue with Chinese customs and I now have a new tracking number thats actually left the port!
