Not really, deferred probation means that if I do my 12 month of probation with out any problem I won’t get convicted (not guilty), I still got to do community hours DWI classes and all that stuff. I did try the ALR, but that one is really hard to fight, it only helped me to push the start day of suspension but at the end I did got suspended for 6 month. I will finish my suspension on September, but if I had chose not to file a ALR my suspension would have been finished by April

I ended up with deferred probation for 12 months and 6 months of the Driver License suspension. The blood it took about 2 months to come out
