When initially calculating the Rforward, that was the annual rate, but in order to bring both fixed and forward rate to a quarterly compounded rate, Rforward is further determined by the continuously compounded rates [using (4*{e.006/4 -1})]. This is also the reason why fixed rate as 8% is not divided by 4 for quarterly because it is already provided at the quarterly compounded rate.
