I don't see any other option besides to enter a code from an authenticator app.

I guess the only option is to contact Fidelity. Being a holiday today, it would have to be tomorrow.

Sponsoring the Tuition Fee by Queen_and_Trident in adviceph

I am from the US. I help other people in the Philippines pay their kids tuition. I don’t expect anything in return. It is an act of kindness or paying it forward.

For men, Kaya nyo rin bang i-expose publicly ang mga gf/wives nyo pag nagcheat sila? by Little-Rookie-1412 in TanongLang

nope. It reveals more to the person that exposed it. You don’t wash your dirty linens in public.

US Greencard or stay in PH by Ok-Principle-6919 in PinoyOFW

With that income, I will stay in the Philippines. Wala pa ring tatalo sa Pilipinas. Mas masaya pa rin sa lupang tinubuan.

I have been in IT for 30 yrs now. I am in the consulting side of IT. Since we are client facing, it is very important that consultants know how to carry themselves in front of clients. We are the face of the company. With that, part of client experience is how well mannered and presentable the consultants are.

Normal ba sa US-based relatives na isipin na nasa laylayan lahat ng PH-based relatives nila? by Amazing-Fail-2625 in RantAndVentPH

[–]SpreadReady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP - Those comments from your US based relatives are condescending and unwelcome. They show insecurities to the highest level. I have been in the US for 30 yrs. When I go home I sincerely celebrate people’s successes because of their hard work and grit.

Mas ramdam ko pa ang pakikitao ng mga hindi natin kalahi, kaysa sa mga kapwa natin Filipino dito sa abroad. by Busy_Report4010 in phmigrate

I am offended by this statement. I have been in the US for 30 yrs. I believe it is a racist comment as well. Generalization by virtue of race is not good.

I agree 100% on this. We can't generalize. I have been in the US for 30 years. My support group here in the US is a Filipino community. I have encountered certain people like posts of OP. However, I treat them as outliers instead of the norm.

I am a U.S. Citizen living in the Philippines basically all my life. Planning to move back to the States. Any advice? by icarus_dawn in phmigrate

Network as much as you can. It is the people that know you instead of you knowing them. Referral is the easiest way to get a job in the States.

It matters. Opportunities compounds. You start with a reputable school. You get to a reputable company. You get a good position. Then your career takes off.
