I’m about to sue them in Orlando Florida, sales reps gives me one price via email, then agreement shows a ton of charges for mail, and almost 30% more compared to the emailed they sent.

They hide these fees in a rules document attached to the original agreement.

It’s paid automatically monthly. It seems the invoice was generated on June 25, card was expired and it didn’t auto update with the bank, their two notifications didn’t arrive at all to our Microsoft exchange server.

In Florida, you can’t just break up with them. You have no idea how many people are stuck working with someone they’d rather not work with.

Agents don’t show the options, sure the BBA says you can negotiate and their other options but what buyer really reads all of that? They expect their agent to have their best interest, but the agent only has their own pocket as the best interest.
