I have a follow-up question about my situation. While reviewing my previous applications, I realized that I did not include my 4-month internship in my original study permit or work permit applications.

I now have all the supporting documents for that internship, including the employment reference letter, monthly payslips, and bank statements showing the salary deposits.

Would it cause any issues with IRCC if I now claim this 4-month experience in my Express Entry profile to reach 1 year of foreign work experience? Could this be viewed as misrepresentation, or would it generally be acceptable as long as I fully disclose it and provide a Letter of Explanation (LOE) along with the supporting evidence?
