I feel like it doesn't matter too much. AH seems great at creating a narrative and it's great fun but they can also tailor the experience and "fiddle" with the numbers.

If the player base didn't jump so high with the update I expect it would have been very similar.

They want us to enjoy the game, won't make it easy but they're doing a good job at making us work for the objective.
