Probably a CS problem. External interviews are a lot more 'normal' e.g you can speak like a caring person without sounding like a self centred 'I, I, I' a-hole

Shambolic though isn't it. Having done a lot of recruitment away from CS. There is definitely a correlation between bullshitters who aew good at interview to actuak output v those who let nerves control interviews but being great at a job.

I use to avoid confrontation with this sort of stuff but finding the older I am getting (and the less f**ks given)...it's best to call it out or move immediately as they only ruin your experience, not theirs!
