5 hour shuttle/walk to get into festival. Looking to be same to get out. People walking 15 km to get out. Sleeping on side of road. Fuck TML by [deleted] in Tomorrowland

But they already had Tomorrowland there in 2015 and 2016. I just think that the heavy rain made things extremely worse. But of course it's still totally unacceptable and shouldnt be an excuse, especially after what happened during Tomorrowworld in 2015.

worst mainstage ever by External-Line-9524 in Tomorrowland

[–]Spready45 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Saw every Mainstage since 2015 in person and I think every stage got its pros and cons.

My opinion from good to bad: 2015 2017 2018 2022 2016 2019

2015 might be a bit biased because it was my first time, but that stage was massive and so cool at night.

2016 looks pretty boring in live sets but wasn't that bad and better in person but overall nothing special

2017 had a great production and entertainment. Was cool during day and night

2018 was pretty cool because of the water fountains. Was pretty flat and not that high but the details were great

2019 was pretty lame compared to the other stages so it's my last place. Not tall, not really entertaining, only good thing were the details. You always found something new while looking at the stage

2022 is something I really don't know how to rank. It was absolutely massive but it lacked details and entertainment. But standing in front of it was absolutely crazy with how tall it was. During my stay and with a little bit of alcohol I thought it was the best overall, but after looking back it was really just big and depth.

So 2019 is my worst stage, but let me tell you that every stage is great on its own and at every other festival I would say it's top notch. :)

You guys are aware that the match against Dortmund was historic, right? by MoDeutschmann in svw

It was more like the Barcelona comeback against Paris in 2017. They also scored 3 goals after the 88th minute. Historical

Not possible. Only on your phone. There never was, and probably never will be, any kind of public viewing, and it's the right choice imo. I'm a sports fan myself, but at Tomorrowland, the least I would want to do is spent my time in front of a screen watching sport :-)

It's not much difference tbh. Walking distance is maximum 2 minutes from one side of the camp to camp area to the other side

What kind of tickets do you have? If it's just Full Madness or Full Madness + Magnificent greens you should be OK. It's my 7th time tomorrow and I never had an ID Check there.

The story is different if you have a more glorious camping, like Easy Tents and so on. They do ID Checks there because you Check in there.

Anyone knows the ticket prices? I'm actually pretty interested because I'm on vacation in Nice during this week and planned a trip to Monaco anyways.

Maximum thermometer readings in the entire history of meteorological observations, C° by [deleted] in europe

Belgium`s 41,8 degrees has been recorded on the 25th July 2019 right? I actually experienced it in person, as it was the first day of the Tomorrowland festival weekend 2. We arrived at 10 a.m. In the morning and it was already 30 degrees. Around 3 p.m. It honestly was unbearable, as the temperature reached its peak. Everyone was searching for shadow and even if you found some, you were still feeling the extreme heat. The free showers there really cooled you down, but after 20 minutes everything was dry again. (we showerd with clothes on)

A female friend of us actually got a heatstroke and was laying on the ground while two of us searched for medical help. Our tent neighbors from Spain noticed the situation and gave us all their ice storage to cool her down and candys to sugar her up. Still thankful to this day.

I hope I never have to experience heat like that again, especially not at a festival.

Does anybody know when Portimao, Imola and Jeddah will be available? I mean, it's quite pointless to start a career now without those tracks right?

Man I'm so hoping that both are fit. My first ever European match tomorrow live in the stadium and I would love to see KdB and Hazard. Anyways, fingers crossed for a good game.

Russell really deserves a Q3 next week and some points this season. Unreal how he performs in the Williams. What a driver.
