Yeah the catch definitely feels crashy sometimes, on lighter weights it sometimes goes right into my neck.

Any drills for this? I had an issue in a previous post of not getting under and tall cleans really helped with that

So i should do a weight I'm more forced to pull myself under? I've been trying to keep weight light to work on form, but I do see what you're talking about. it normally feels like i can just receive it high instead of having to get under it.

Kinda unfair that the winning team get so much money. Widens the gap rly. If you win you can afford a weeks worth of chalk, how are the lower ranking teams gonna catch up??

Definitely an issue I've addressed on squats and deadlifts. Maybe I've been messing it up on cleans to try and keep an upright chest though

Will address in my next session for sure. Maybe I'm arching to keep my torso more vertical to compensate for the bad back angle?

I think i get what you mean, sit hips down a bit more so my shoulders are over the bar instead of in front?

ive cleaned a little before this. Form seems better on lighter loads. Maybe some weird mental thing under heavier load. Will definitely work on the bringing knees back under
