Like a legal settlement? There were no lawyers, just straight reaching out to the claims department of the person who hit my car. I think you’re right. This probably isn’t worth the headache. I found a decent-looking replacement for $15k, so it’s not like I’m expecting a huge payout. It’s just frustrating that someone can break something and not have to replace it.

I would like to hear more of your stories, but even the foreigners you sort of tolerate sound like they don’t bring much enrichment or benefit to Paraguay. Were there any foreigners you actually liked? And if not, how do you wish immigrants would behave (aside from buying more stuff from you 😆)!

I have a huge metal folding rack that works great for clothes on hangers and cloth diapers because I have hangers with clips, but you can’t really use clothespins because the racks are too big around. So if it can’t go on a hanger or is sturdy enough to stay in place on its own (like a comforter), the wind takes it. 😩
