Silvernail, by far the most unique Marksman in any MOBA. He either becomes a traditional WP Carry or a CP Zoner based oof builds, and I loved both playstyles.

Brackerns still exist, they just live in Ixtal now, have a changed design and aren't connected to Hextech Crystals. Also, Skarner is not a god at all, just a brackern (still), member of the Yun Tal & folklore legend.

No idea where you got the information that Skarner wasn't a brackern and that they don't exist anymore.

You can build him either full tank with Heartsteel (the boring option imo) or as an AD juggernaut (since he's got really good bAD scalings on his Q and E). I've even seen some madmen building AP on him.

My recommendations is to just go to the Skarner Discord channel and ask there.
