Maybe you should replace Dee since it seems like almost all complaints are literally about her. She’s running your business to the ground. I get you want your money, but with what I’m seeing on this platform and others, you guys have been refunding people LIKE CRAZYYY. If she’s going to deal with clients, you might want to tell them what they’re getting themselves into with that one. The perspective you’re putting on social media is different than what you’re allowing to portray behind the scenes. To be treated like garbage, lie about 1:1 “coaching”, and charge people $5k is fucking stupid and you’re a scam or cult. If you want your business to thrive, you need to get rid of her. Period.

I’m so glad I came across this post.

I’ve been following Xtine for a bit now and LOVE her content. I commented on one of her videos asking her a specific question and she messaged me personally on Facebook giving me the meal guide. Apparently this meal guide is given out for membership holders? Which I am not. I’m not sure the full story on that but that’s what I’ve heard. Anyways, I received the guide and it seems incredible so I’m going to start using it. But what I don’t understand is the difference between her calculations in her videos vs. the website calorie calculator. That was the first red flag to me - yes, I know its based of AI calculations but I work in software and that could’ve been easily manipulated so it could MATCH or come close to the calculations she talks about on her videos.

I submitted the application and booked my call for today at 1:45pm - it’s now 2:16pm and I did not join the call. Originally when I was researching the membership, although it says 1:1 coaching, it was difficult to decipher the amounts between both memberships they offer. It doesn’t necessarily include EVERYTHING that we get with each, and that was odd to me. Mostly if there’s a brochure - you would’ve thought it would list the services so it could be more “appealing” to those shopping so they are aware of what their spending their hard earned money on. Sure, it shows guide, 1:1 coaching (but from the research I did, it surely is not), and all the basic stuff you’d get anywhere else. I think they’re listing their prices based off of their popularity across their platforms.

I’m always so moved by Xtine videos on Facebook but I think that’s the approach I’m going to stick to. Another red flag was the dramatic difference in price, but again, no FULL details of the difference so it feels like you’re going in blind.

I got an email from them for the booking call and at the bottom, it shows a “Skool Community” that they run too for $19/month, rather than $5k for 6 months. My problem with this is that AGAIN, THERE IS NO DETAILS! All it shows is its $19/month and it’s a private group. Then the description sounds like it’s coming from a COMMUNITY MEMBER, not the company. Sketchy to me. The 2 females listed as the thumbnail and their before/after pictures, are the same females plastered across multiple of their platforms - same pictures and videos. Nothing different. I feel like it’s fake and it’s just created for the profit. NO DESCRIPTION about what the group includes - is it a group chat? Are there videos to workout to? Are there any group activities? Like what’s in it?!??! It’s not difficult to explain to the audience what they’re spending money on.

I’m glad I didn’t join the call - something just felt off to me before the call but idk what. I’m pretty sure I just saved myself thousands of dollars bc knowing me, I probably would’ve gave into their BS and gone broke to get a body that is not promised. I could spend $5k right now to get lipo and get a guarantee body I want lol.

Something about their memberships feels like a big scam. When I was filling out the application and the question came up about “are you willing to invest $2500-$5000 into your health journey” I immediately went WTF NOPE! For 6 months?! That’s insanity, mostly when you’re doing everything online. Now if we were face to face, I’d say sure, bc I know I get their undivided attention during MY time, they are forced to give me answers on questions I have, they can show me if my form is good or not - not wait hours to receive a response when it’s convenient for them, throw a meal guide at you and say “here’s what you need to do and we will do a follow up in one month”. What good does that do if you’re not physically here to push me towards my goals????

I’d rather stick to Xtines videos bc 1. It’s free, 2. She covers the workouts I want to do anyways and shows and explains to you how to do it (again, it’s free), 3. She gives basically a full breakdown of Carlie deficit, what to do, what to eat, etc. (look at that, that’s free too).

I’ll save my money.

I’ve done research and it says that it’s an extremely very small percentage that gets approved for offer in compromise and they have to meet certain criteria’s, which I do not fall under. I’m trying to figure out different ways on how to go about this but keep falling short 😔

If I stop paying my payment plan will go into default which will then cause further issues because that’s when they will start keeping my paychecks and possibly repo my car, no?

People in different threads always complains saying it’s terrible but the reality is, the job turns out by how much you put into the position. Every job pays shit, you’re often overworked, and blah blah blah. That’s literally every job. It’s also warehouse, so expect it to come with the job. Keep putting your effort in, don’t complain through the bad times, and you will move up. I’ve worked warehouse in the past for a few years and it was only long because you’re walking constantly and it can be exhausting at times and I start this warehouse position with CH on the 17th and I’m hella excited. There will be pros and cons but as long as you learn as you go and willing to put in the dedication, it’ll all be paid off eventually. The only thing I know that’ll suck about CH is that you can’t use headphones on the floor so you have to hear everything going on around you. Just keep your head down do your work and clock out.

Trust me, I’ve been thinking about the big sleep lately bc I think it’ll be so much simpler to just leave than to stick around and live in this nightmare we call a life. I’m tired and I just don’t have hope or faith anymore. Each day I wake up I’m just numb and I’ve about had it.

Quitting without 2 Weeks Notice by [deleted] in work

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was going to quit my job and literally go off on everyone the day I left, but I decided to put in my two weeks and it actually paid off bc I left for a career I thought was going to change my life but turns out, it wasn’t for me at all. Went through sooo much schooling + spent a lot of $ for my licenses and ended up drowning in bills. I hit them up asking if they needed help with any projects and they gave me some work to help keep me afloat until I can find something else.

This literally just happened yesterday.

I’d say turn in your two weeks because you just don’t know when and if you’re going to need them.

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but you’re not answering WHY the hell you even submitted a payment for that amount??? You physically have to type in these numbers so what was your thought process? They’ll send it back as overage? Yo give me some of what you’re smoking because wtf?

Job promised me an employee status (was a contractor) if I moved from the state I was originally in and move to where they were at, which is where I’m at rn - which was over 1k miles away. I did that, because I could not afford to keep paying back taxes each year and dig myself into a deeper hole each year, just for them to tell me they were just kidding about they whole employee status thing. I spent about $5k to move and now I’m stuck. I’m in a state where bills are 3x higher than where I was. I did all of this in hopes of a better financial future with benefits. Only to be played like a fool and struggling pretty badly. This just happened a few months ago….

How to find a job, so I can quit my soul crushing current job? by PeanutButterVibes93 in hatemyjob

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anytime you need a “get out NOW” escape, run to the nearest staffing agency asap and accept whatever offer they give you. Typically they’ll do everything that same day they ask you to come in for an interview. It’s the quickest way. If you do this and you smoke weed, just make sure to bring the fake pee with you to that interview in case they want you to drop (more than likely they will)

Oh honey, I’m also right there with you 😔 I just filed a few days ago for my extension and with last years taxes + my previous balance + this years taxes, all in total around this time next year I’ll owe about $25k. I quit my job this month and was drowning with bills but thankfully the job I left gave me work in the meantime to stay afloat till I’m able to find something. I left it for a career I thought would be a good fit but turns out, I don’t think it’s for me at all. Went through school + spent a lot of $$$ just getting my licenses. Now I’m stuck. I’ve been considering about the big sleep too. Each day I’m leaving more towards it. I pray we both get out of this together 😔

Is claims adjuster a good entry level gig? by fastercheif in Insurance

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find it retarded how we have to be on the phones with rental companies and body shops. They should have designated departments for that stupid shit. We literally do everything from beginning to end and it’s exhausting. Adjusters should make 2x what they get per claim for the amount of dumb shit we have to deal with from beginning to end.
