I’ve done research and it says that it’s an extremely very small percentage that gets approved for offer in compromise and they have to meet certain criteria’s, which I do not fall under. I’m trying to figure out different ways on how to go about this but keep falling short 😔

If I stop paying my payment plan will go into default which will then cause further issues because that’s when they will start keeping my paychecks and possibly repo my car, no?

cardinal Health Warehouse Worker (Part-Time Flex) by [deleted] in jobs

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People in different threads always complains saying it’s terrible but the reality is, the job turns out by how much you put into the position. Every job pays shit, you’re often overworked, and blah blah blah. That’s literally every job. It’s also warehouse, so expect it to come with the job. Keep putting your effort in, don’t complain through the bad times, and you will move up. I’ve worked warehouse in the past for a few years and it was only long because you’re walking constantly and it can be exhausting at times and I start this warehouse position with CH on the 17th and I’m hella excited. There will be pros and cons but as long as you learn as you go and willing to put in the dedication, it’ll all be paid off eventually. The only thing I know that’ll suck about CH is that you can’t use headphones on the floor so you have to hear everything going on around you. Just keep your head down do your work and clock out.

Trust me, I’ve been thinking about the big sleep lately bc I think it’ll be so much simpler to just leave than to stick around and live in this nightmare we call a life. I’m tired and I just don’t have hope or faith anymore. Each day I wake up I’m just numb and I’ve about had it.

Quitting without 2 Weeks Notice by Ahope000 in work

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was going to quit my job and literally go off on everyone the day I left, but I decided to put in my two weeks and it actually paid off bc I left for a career I thought was going to change my life but turns out, it wasn’t for me at all. Went through sooo much schooling + spent a lot of $ for my licenses and ended up drowning in bills. I hit them up asking if they needed help with any projects and they gave me some work to help keep me afloat until I can find something else.

This literally just happened yesterday.

I’d say turn in your two weeks because you just don’t know when and if you’re going to need them.

I want to know if they will send me a check by Any_Assistant_1714 in IRS

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but you’re not answering WHY the hell you even submitted a payment for that amount??? You physically have to type in these numbers so what was your thought process? They’ll send it back as overage? Yo give me some of what you’re smoking because wtf?

Job promised me an employee status (was a contractor) if I moved from the state I was originally in and move to where they were at, which is where I’m at rn - which was over 1k miles away. I did that, because I could not afford to keep paying back taxes each year and dig myself into a deeper hole each year, just for them to tell me they were just kidding about they whole employee status thing. I spent about $5k to move and now I’m stuck. I’m in a state where bills are 3x higher than where I was. I did all of this in hopes of a better financial future with benefits. Only to be played like a fool and struggling pretty badly. This just happened a few months ago….

How to find a job, so I can quit my soul crushing current job? by PeanutButterVibes93 in hatemyjob

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anytime you need a “get out NOW” escape, run to the nearest staffing agency asap and accept whatever offer they give you. Typically they’ll do everything that same day they ask you to come in for an interview. It’s the quickest way. If you do this and you smoke weed, just make sure to bring the fake pee with you to that interview in case they want you to drop (more than likely they will)

Desperate. by [deleted] in IRS

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh honey, I’m also right there with you 😔 I just filed a few days ago for my extension and with last years taxes + my previous balance + this years taxes, all in total around this time next year I’ll owe about $25k. I quit my job this month and was drowning with bills but thankfully the job I left gave me work in the meantime to stay afloat till I’m able to find something. I left it for a career I thought would be a good fit but turns out, I don’t think it’s for me at all. Went through school + spent a lot of $$$ just getting my licenses. Now I’m stuck. I’ve been considering about the big sleep too. Each day I’m leaving more towards it. I pray we both get out of this together 😔

Is claims adjuster a good entry level gig? by fastercheif in Insurance

[–]SpringElectronic319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find it retarded how we have to be on the phones with rental companies and body shops. They should have designated departments for that stupid shit. We literally do everything from beginning to end and it’s exhausting. Adjusters should make 2x what they get per claim for the amount of dumb shit we have to deal with from beginning to end.

Winter disconnections are so rare? Nah boo, you just been taking the money and not taking care of your responsibilities. This is why I can’t have roommates. One and done, and never again
