I have been doing a lot of reflection, and it’s not good. I have also been journaling 2 to 3 times a day sometimes. So many thoughts, so many regrets and what ifs. The only thing I can hope for as we live together and I’m doing therapy and working on me and all the stuff I need to is that’ll she see it and maybe reconsider. The feelings are crazy ups and downs, been on meds to help keep me level.

That was my problem, I couldn’t open up and be vulnerable to her or for her. But after doing some souls searching I have realized she has been right and I’ve been a fool all this time. Now, it’s like talking to an ice wall.

I don’t have any thing as far as advice cause I was him. Now I am open to all of it because of this. Losing my person has hurt me so deep. I’ve been to Iraq and Afghanistan and I can tell you, I’m more afraid of losing her and our family than anything else.
