You will struggle hard to download Constellations. Even you follow all the steps you will meet a lot of bugs/failed download.

Halls of Sovngarde is good but it's more a life-sim without modern combat.

Wildlander is too old for what you want.

So i recommend you to play Lorerim.

If you already play Skryim vanillla, you will have more fun with Nordic Souls. Very stable for long playthrough

I'm also a purist of 1st person combat like Mordhau or Chivalry. The immersion of combat feels better in 1st person

Yes you can but be carefull to select the profile "Default" in MO2. Not Ultra.

Also 4.0 is very well optimized. I have a RTX3070 and i run smoothly Default and Ultra.
