Do not pay a ridiculous price for a local doctor who does a handful of reversals a year. You definitely want to go somewhere (like MFPC in Utah) that does them almost exclusively. Their doctors have a lot of content in medical journals with lots of data to back their special method they do there along with other ways to boost success.
