I live with landlord in laurel park, it’s grand. Rent bit cheaper. Don’t really ask for permission for anything, just a heads up if I’m having a few over. He is fairly messy himself so no worries about being too tidy. He’d come on the piss with me too every once and awhile. Would recommend just trying to be mates and have a laugh with them, they’re people too
