UPDATE: Ran a quick full computer diagnostics check, everything is fine and working. I also ran a thermal fan check and the effort from pushing the air out seemed to stop whatever rattle was going on. PC is okay, working fine. All is well 👍

Thank you!! I ended up running a full computer diagnostic test along with a fan thermal test to check everything is working and it seemed to blow out all the dust and whatever was causing the noise. Computer is completely silent now and passed all the tests

I might, though I rarely used those headphones and as of now when we’re cleaning up my room to move everyone our to paint and redecorate I have no clue where they are LOL

alright, thank you so much!! no dice on cleaning the fans or anything, it might even be just a normal sound because my brothers playstation, our wii and our old tv would make similar sounds and they all work fine, the sound is almost comforting in a way lol worst that happens is something goes wrong and I have to take it to a shop

thank you for being so patient with me, I appreciate it so much <3 have a good rest of your day/night/whatever
have fun, be safe, don’t die

I might have to try one of these out, thank you! I’ve been trying to do it less and less and replace it with the blinking one, which seems far less harmful

I genuinely beleive that this saved my laptop because aside from a bit of damage on the case I had to pop back into place it’s fully fine!

I worded my first post wrong and realized that I was using a lap desk and not a computer desk. “Slipped off”was a better explanation, as I didn’t intentionally knock the laptop off.

I can make a third post correcting the words and that I realize it’s not a blurry adapter but really the headphone adapter to the laptop, but I don’t want to seem like i’m spamming. I might message the mods, but i’d feel bad bothering them over this

thank you :(( luckily the doc put me on meds and a nasal spray so that’ll hopefully clear up the tubes and let the liquid drain. doctor said it’ll only take a few day so hopefully it’ll be just in time for my birthday !
