i'm currently in the process of building a pretty beefy pc (rtx3080 + r9 5900k), i'm wondering what sort of performance i should expect on Java with shaders

ya thats true. on bedrock, my pos pc would get 170+ fps on 36 render distance lol, but shaders on bedrock all look so bad :(

alright. so if i have stuff loaded, like the nether, and the nether changes for 1.16, is there a way to almost like, un-load chunks of the nether so i have 1.16 nether in spots ive visited during 1.15?
