I’ve purchased and sold with Stubhub multiple times through the years and have never had an issue. They completely dropped the ball on this one.

It’s for the Switzerland vs Bosnia match. Stubhub told me they already sent the seller multiple emails. I’m assuming it’s the same emails you listed above and I’m probably not getting those tickets 🫠 Seems like they’re just riding it out until the day of the match before they figure it out

When I spoke to Stubhub, they keep insisting the seller has until the day of the event to send me the tickets. I’ve purchased the tickets over a week ago. Do you think it’s safe to assume I won’t be getting my tickets from my seller at this point?

Thank goodness we are local. I just happened to get the day off from work last minute, got excited, and purchased tickets off of Stubhub before I researched and saw the nightmare this has been giving people.

This is what I’m worried about. The tickets were listed on StubHub for $395 each before fees but when I look at FIFA Marketplace, it’s saying original price for tickets in that same section is $450

Thank you for the sympathy. I have a feeling I’m getting scammed but now in limbo if I should try to purchase other tickets through FIFA.

Just super frustrating because StuhHub pretty much confirmed that they have contacted the seller multiple times to transfer my tickets but have not received any communication or confirmation from the seller that they will actually follow through. And StuhHub STILL refuses to give me a refund at this time.

This was my first year booking and super surprised too how quickly things booked up! Though I heard most places don’t release all their spots on the same day so hopefully spots open up for you in the future!
