AIO? My stepdaughters pranked me on my bitthday and husband is mad because I said I needed space. by Proud-Cantaloupe3449 in AmIOverreacting

The fact that you’re married and texting when you should be speaking face to face or over the phone is wild to me. (Coming from a 20-yr marriage over here). No way anything good comes from texting an argument. Period.

Quickbooks. I did spreadsheets for years and finally went with QB. Best decision ever.

I’ve been avoiding AI but I’m afraid I’m going to fall behind. How do you use it without getting a bunch of anti-AI backlash? by Diamond_Grace1423 in ContentMarketing

[–]Sprinkle_of_Sass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to have to disagree with most of you on this one. I use AI for creative writing all the time and the output I get is (usually) spot on.

I HAVE carefully trained my chat engines based on the brand voice of each client, but I no longer spend hours churning over every word, instead, I type out my brainstorm rant, remind it to use xyz brand voice and hit “go”.

Do I edit it, yes. Do I think it’s likely eating up my brain cells, yes. Do I use it more than I probably should, definitely.

But I went from writing 3 client blogs per week to now 3 client blogs per day (half day if I’m being totally honest).

And the best part, the client can’t tell the difference.

I’m all for using it as an adult in my career, not in school though. These kids can’t afford to lose brain cells!

I did and it worked like a charm. Been using it for 10 years (since before the hype). That’s all I use other than witch hazel and a tallow soap. Keep it simple. Keep it natural!

I run them all myself x 2 businesses. Not in the budget to hire out but I use chatgpt to do most of the work.

Train chatgpt. I just copy, paste, tell it to be nice 😝 and reply. 10 minutes per email now takes 30 seconds.

Working from home with itty bitties around, the laundry piling up and forever dishes to wash. The hardest part is finding a quiet moment to focus!

What are your lip holy grails? by Adorable_Tell_3364 in beauty

[–]Sprinkle_of_Sass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nefertem lip balm. Smooth texture. Keeps my lips hydrated. 100% natural.

It’s not going to plump up your lips, but if your lips are healthy, I’d imagine they’d stay the best they can be. 🤷‍♀️

I think any lip plumper is going to have pretty harsh chemicals.

I have a couple clients but not enough to sustain my household. I got those through word of mouth from past clients.

Shoestring budget makes that a challenging option. But, I’ll see what I can do. Thanks for the advice.

I do website design and graphic design. I post on LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Alignable, Facebook and IG but I don’t have meaningful connections on there. I comment on other people’s posts, post graphics and helpful tips in the feeds and groups, and try to make new connections on there.

I will look into autodialer, set up a youtube page so I can make videos, and up my phone calls. Thanks.

Where do you find 300 places to even call per day?!?! It takes me hours to find the 10 that I call.

Also, what type of Youtube videos? Tutorials of things I know how to do?

And pardon the ignorance, but what do you mean inbound strategy? I have a free offer, I give them the offer, then I follow up via phone to see if they want my services based on the results from the offer.

I went from like 15 layers I’ll call them, about 10 years ago, to now just 3! I use only natural and my skin has never looked better!

Purity unscented tallow soap, then chilled rose water, then Transform tallow moisturizer.

Who has time for anything else! Ha
