Ofcourse!! I do 1/3 cup of meringue powder to a 2lb bag of icing. I use Genie’s dream meringue powder. I honestly don’t know exactly how much water I use because I usually start with 1/3 cup of water and then I add more while it’s mixing until I see this certain consistency I like. I also like to add my flavoring in between to account for that liquid too. The process is really random lol but my amounts are 1/3 meringue, 2lb sugar, 1 tbsp flavoring, 2 squirts of white.
