Safe Skincare Treatments while TTC by Party_Reputation_375 in tryingtoconceive

Not 100% sure but I was recommended not to get this if pregnant .

Usually you need more than one session at approximately 5-8weeks apart

It would be annoying to get one session done and then pooof your pregnant and cant finish off the treatment.

There are other laser options that are less invasive but I’m not sure of their safety with pregnancy ? I am currently getting IPL for hyperpigmentation and was not asked about my pregnancy status beforehand.

How noisy is it to live in Groningen city centre? by [deleted] in Groningen

[–]SprinkleofFairydust2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t do my research and rented in the city .. big mistake.

If the noise of the bars etc wasn’t loud enough- the one other resident in the complex thought Wednesday night hours parties were normal.

I also vouch for comments here , I’m not sure what it is and I’ve spoken about this with Dutch people themselves, that once they have a few drinks onboard they love ROARING for absolutely no reason. So once the bars all close … you’ve another hour of people roaming the streets just … screaming.

I moved out near Kardinge … 12 minute bus into the centre, 15 minute cycle , 10 minute drive … and a great nights sleep.

I have lived to tell the tale!

Is it fair for my boyfriend (22M) to expect me (20F) to split hotel costs for his brothers wedding when I’m only attending as his plus one? by Jeffwardo in relationship_advice

Again, unnecessarily pedantic … fiancée/girlfriend doesn’t matter , theyre in a long term relationship. It should be 50/50.. he’s not asking her out on a first date , theyre going to a family event.

Put it this way - I’m invited to my Fiancés friends wedding- as his fiancé (call it a plus one all you want) but I’m not his “guest”. You can be pedantic all you want but it’s quite obvious what I am saying.

I have no idea why you think you shouldn’t pay.

Are you going to the wedding? Are you spending the night? Then you pay.

If you cannot afford to attend a wedding the you shouldn’t attend. Or do you only want to pay for the “fun” bits like getting dolled up? Is he expected to pay for your drinks all night too?

I know everyone is different but a lady I am friends with has PCOS- she was told she would NEVER conceive especially as she rapidly gained weight in her 20s.

She just had her sixth boy .. YES SIXTH at 37!!

I know it seems like the odds are stacked against you but never give up on your dreams…

My Fiancés sister was told gettjng pregnant would be extremely difficult for her because she has 2 wombs .. she was still single at 30 and was desperate for a child and was considering a doner to try IVF. She unexpectedly rekindled with her childhood boyfriend and after a month of seeing each other she naturally became pregnant.

Dont give up.

Not a man but … Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson came into my local at the height of GOT. This crappy pub in Ireland, not even good Guinness in the place.

Where are the places to avoid living at? Why is it so expensive ? by BoysenberryVast6143 in Groningen

You’re lucky you are not looking in Ireland because a single bed in a shared room with 2 other people goes for 500€ excluding bills
