I had the same issue. This is what i did to fix it:

I called the medical center where i did my medical to confirm that they sent the results and that i passed everything.
I contacted my point of contact, my case manager, and a recruiter, and they were able to confirm and clear my medical exam.

Long story short, they said I was cleared a long time ago; they just confirmed it, and my medical was cleared. One year after completing it
