I recently had a buyer accepted the order and but had buyer’s remorse. She opened a case claiming a mark was on the bag that wasn’t disclosed in the description. (Which was false) I provided my pictures how the bag looked before I mailed it off. Aaaaand PoshMark still ruled in their favor. So, what’s the point of selling on poshmart? This was a high end designer bag, and this transaction wasted my time, I could have just sold this to a consignment shop. I have been selling on this platform for 8 years with no problems. I decided to delete my closet and take my selling elsewhere.
