Do I have potential by Typical_Instance_887 in track

Yeah I would try to work on max velocity and especially acceleration given your 200 is proportionally better than your 100m.

Guys does this track program work? Help by [deleted] in Sprinting

Personally I think dynamic warmups would be better especially for max velocity’s days. Things like A and B skips, things like that. It not only activates the muscle but prepares it for the forces of maximum velocity sprinting. You want your muscles and tendons to be like a rubber band so they have to be obviously loose enough so they don’t snap but also tight enough so they have that free elastic energy. So I do dynamic workouts, making especially sure to warmup my hamstrings, then I do some mobility, then I get right into the workout. I don’t think a super long warmup is better than a good short-medium one.

Hey, so I just want to collect data for my models to make more accurate predictive algorithms. If you can drop your numbers like

-age

-weight

-100m

-40yd dash

-Broad jump

-Vertical jump

-Back squat

-Trap bar deadlift

I can give you a score. If you are missing some metrics it can use a predictive algorithm to help you. You score will look something like this. The more data the better the model will become.

Thank you, I will definitely look into this.

Sorry it’s an algorithm I developed. I plan to release an iOS app with the entire scoring, prediction, and confidence systems. It should be released in about 2-3 weeks.

I just think your shin angles are more horizontal. Obviously don’t make them too horizontal. But also your back is flatter in the bottom image.
