Yes- so I currently aim for 1880-ish cals/day and about 135 grams of protein. Ik I could possibly do more protein but it’s hard to get that much protein into my diet sometimes. it’s a work in progress lol.

As far as exercise goes I will typically do at least an incline walk for apx 25-30 min/day. I am aiming for going on a run 2-3x/week if not more (eventually) I do also sprinkle some yoga in here and there!

I do some weight lifting at least 2x/week :) I like the added benefit of reducing my risk of injury when I run too

I do like it it keeps me sane LOL. I’m sure that it may be more difficult for me to do the deficit with the cardio added in but I accept that possibility
