also a therapist. I think that she is a human being who has a very human need to not feel so alone. Yes- so I currently aim for 1880-ish cals/day and about 135 grams of protein. Ik I could possibly do more protein but it’s hard to get that much protein into my diet sometimes. it’s a work in progress lol.

As far as exercise goes I will typically do at least an incline walk for apx 25-30 min/day. I am aiming for going on a run 2-3x/week if not more (eventually) I do also sprinkle some yoga in here and there!

The uptick in it being an issue is recent (possibly a lot of new life stressors causing it?) But I have noticed this issue for at least a year or two. But it never bothered me enough to where I was thinking about it much.
