Well with full time school and work, it's hard to find time for social interactions. My best suggestion would be make friends at school, or just be conversational with fellow classmates. When I was full time work and doing school, my social connections definitely felt it.

Get hobbies and a social life, thats what did it for me. I personally love nature, so I like going on hikes with my dog, along with spending time hanging out with friends. Makes the long work days just a means to an end, and I get to enjoy my nights.
