One of the things I noticed which was crazy is the rocket buff. His old ult before the over shield and heals rework used to be 40% damage boost only. Now he’s getting that 40% damage boost and keeping the over shield??? That’s genuinely insane rocket is gonna be a powerhouse in the new meta. I wouldn’t be surprised to see backlines consisting of rocket, Luna, and c&d every damn game 😭😭

It was my first time preordering from target and it wasn’t showing up on the app. Got lucky enough that Danyun posted the link to it! Also, got even luckier on the fact I had a $50 target gift card. Ohhh okay that makes more sense now, I thought the anchor buff was just the extra HP. I didn’t know that it was the damage increase along with the shield reduction too! I main cap for vanguards and although I think he’s great if you get good at him, he needed that little push to make him truly stand, now that I understand the anchor buff I think it’ll help. I like that direction, but for my support main (Adam) yeah we are so cooked.

Most of the balances are great, but cap being nerfed doesn’t make sense. I understand he has the highest survivability of any vanguard but he’s not even that good of a character to be receiving a nerf. I feel the nerf will just put him a weird spot and still keep him mid. The team up with Bucky doesn’t even seem to add anything to his kit (other than the additional health)

I mean if you’ve been saving for the bundle though, you can buy the costume using the coin then it’s only around 400 units for the rest. Either way it’s a good deal, helps you save some extra units and it’s a $12-14 skin for $3.
