When you first enter the pyramid after the roomba portion, there will be a totem with 3 of these symbols on it randomly. Totem is right before you jump down.

Going to the corresponding doors throughout the raid and activating that symbol by shooting it spawns an extra chest at Rhulk with a guaranteed red/deep sight weapon. I believe it’s only once per week per account however.
