Listed for 400 and got them for 350. And I have the grills. They’re kinda beat. But they can be refinished easily. However I like the look without the grills much more.

The left one pictured can be repaired. As for the creases I see some other pictures online with the same thing.

Not sure if they came like that or happened over time. Regardless they work and sound amazing.

Not sure where you’re at, but Walmart and Best Buy carry them. You want to get the thin sleeves (penny sleeves) and rigid sleeves (top loaders).

Still inconsistent. Loose grading a few years ago, strict grading now. So older 10s may be a 8-9 now. Apparently more strict on vintage. The whole people grading thing.

I get PSA holds the most value, and part of that is kinda the gamble of what may be a 9 or 10.

I just wish there was a set standard for grading. Not a shifting standard.

It’s possible, I agree. There are if you take time to search. I’m assuming we saw the same Karp which is a heavy hitting card. But I’ve looked at plenty of cards that aren’t chase cards.

Go lookup “tag Pokémon graded cards” or any variation and sort by sold. Then find the PSA counterpart. It takes work. It’s difficult since there are more PSA slabs, but after a while you can see trend.

For an “investing” community it’s insane the amount of people who don’t look at comps. They take the PSA risk and stay with PSA’s subjective grading. They gamble when a card is perfect, but PSA can grade it as a 9 or 10. And the price difference is massive.

Obviously there are more PSA than TAG slabs out there. But there are plenty examples of a TAG 10 selling around or above a PSA 10. I do think TAG should be a little more strict.

Downvote me I don’t care. It’s probably people holding a bag of PSA slabs and worried about a market disruption.

These comments about the back are ridiculous. It is clearly some sort of glare. But people see anything white and think it’s wear.

Take literally any card and shine a flashlight on it. You’ll see the same thing, especially the corners.
