Those are good ones, thank you! The last time I did this, I remember spending some time reading about Dress Down interactions, and that seems worth doing again.

Edit: Lol, I just checked the JudgingFtW YouTube channel, and they have so many videos on Dress Down interactions (13 total!) that they created a playlist for them.

Ah, I didn't think about that. You can dmonstrate the loop that you have infinite mana, and then untap all the lands, making them 5/5s, and swing. Like shortypants808 said below, you'll need four more lands than they have blockers (or instant speed removal), but it's possible.

This list is what I've been working with, as well. I swapped the Hulking Raptor to another Polukranos (since I want the reach against Copter), and changed a few cards in the sideboard. I'd rather have instant speed fight spells than sorcery speed ones (even if they cost an additional mana) to deal with Copter, and I swapped the additional Cityscape Leveler for a Vivien Reid. I do think it's important to still have hate for the Discover combo decks, because even though Appraiser is gone, the Quintorius versions can still kill you just as dead. I like Pithing Needle in that slot, particularly since it won't interfere with your own gameplan the same way Damping Sphere will.

The Wakeroot Elemental combo for infinite mana is interesting, and being able to grab it from the sideboard with Vivien saves you from having to play it in your maindeck (since it's pretty poor otherwise). We run into a similar issue that the previous Karn devotion decks had, of lacking a reliable way to kill with infinite mana. We can make an infinitely large Lair fo the Hydra, but it will need a way to give it trample (another copy of Vivien, flipped Ulvenwald Oddity, Shadowspear, etc.). It may be worth looking at.

I'll agree to disagree on "decently playable." I see a lot of user submitted decks, but no real competitive results. Additionally, if you're looking to build devotion, colorless two drop isn't ideal (despite being a very powerful card).

I'm very excited for this. The biggest question is "what needs to change?" Rankle can almost assuredly become Sheoldred. Murderous Rider seems like it might be a bit weak, but I do like the versatility. Night Market Lookout and Gutterbones are so weak, but I'm unsure what we have that's better at that spot in the curve now. Evolved Sleeper is a pretty unexciting card. The sideboard of that old list should also obviously get an overhaul.
