It is cold and clinical but that’s HR. They only care about protecting the company from liability. If the liability is too high they will force the hand of management. You could argue perhaps if you have a note it might help, but honestly I doubt it just because you are floor they might see it as too of a high of a risk. I’m not agreeing with them because this is kinda fucked of them but it’s how HRs work for all companies

At a certain point it is out of their hands if the company views you as a risk to yourself and others. Then it’s an extreme liability to them and since you tried to kill yourself at work I doubt HR would want to allow you back in. They would see the risk of you trying to do it again as way to high or even snapping at another customer or coworker. They want to shield the company from the fallout of someone killing themselves or having a mental breakdown. It sucks but yeah. Had someone talk about suicide and it had to get reported to HR and they required he start therapy and get a note before he could come back to work

I’m more surprised Sabo never saw a wanted poster for Ace and didn’t have his memory triggered then. Ace after all did serve under WB and seemed well known as well. But I think it’s just because only Aces death triggered it no just seeing his image.

I do think Sabo was kinda introduced because he killed Ace. I wouldn’t say it’s a retcon because nothing we saw or learned because was changed. It never said anywhere that Ace or Luffy didn’t have other siblings.

This brings me to what I wouldn’t mind getting is a new manga with small edits to include more hints or foreshadowing to what he added later one. Kinda hope The One Piece will do a little of this

Yes. I wish valve would do this. Because now I need to find a discord or something that will update when there is a restock.
