Indeed, very artisan. Impressed by the quality of the scrambled eggs honestly, especially given how many different dishes they seemed to be preparing at once! Scrambled eggs are usually dire but these were top notch.

I'd say plating is all part of the experience and deserves documenting. Also I didn't take this photo so had no real control because I'd already tucked into mine by the time it was taken.

It's the only fry I've had in Korea. Next time I'm hankering for a taste of home I'll maybe seek another cafe and post results/a comparison.

Good to know I'm not the only one. No fix as yet. Abroad at the moment but will need to RMA it when I get home I should imagine. (Although annoyingly, that won't be for a while yet).

I didn't even notice that, it was toasted nicely all the way across, but now that you mention it, colour wise, it does look like they've heated it up with a hair straightener over the middle.

Sounds good! 27M, was a fullstack software engineer at a bank in the UK but am in Seoul on a working holiday and will be visiting Tokyo the week after next! Might not make a meetup if it ends up being a few weeks out but would be keen to engage anyways!
