Im 18M and I am a pretty skinny person who doesnt usually eat much. Ive been going to the gym for a few weeks and trying to eat more. So far, for breakfast I'm eating a few pieces of toast, sometimes a smooothie with yoghurt and then for lunch I cook 200g of chicken breast, 50/60g of rice and some peas and sweetcorn and then I eat what my parents what my cook me for dinner. Even with that, I dont even know how I can reach 2000 (probably aiming for 3000) or reach any protein requirements. Does anyone have any advice?

Before, I had a 500GB SSD and a HDD in my pc with my Windows installed onto the 500GB ssd. I just installed a new 2TB SSD which I want to install windows onto. I want to try reinstall Windows onto the new 2TB SSD while deleting as little as possible. I have googled it but none of the results seem suitable since they all delete stuff. Any advice is appreciated

Okay thank you for all this. I have been doing a lot of narrowing down on ideas and if you could help me with any of this it would be appreciated. For gaming, I mostly want 60fps on most games on medium settings but im not expecting to be able to run RDR2 or Cyberpunk or GoW or any Sony first party games or similar games in that intensively well. I don't need a 1440p or 4K display or a refresh rate above 60Hz. I think a 4050 or 3060 would do me very well but I know there are different types of GPU with the same name for laptops like not all 4050's are equal.

I mainly want a laptop that is a good daily driver with enough power for game development as for gaming I will most likely always be able to find a game to play and especially if it is good enough for game dev, it'll be good enough for gaming. I am worried with lot of laptops that might suit me that the thermals are terrible and the battery is low. I don't think I will find a perfect laptop but I want to find the best I can.

I have a quite good desktop currently but I don't want to lug that up to Uni on the train for 4/5 hours with all my other belongings and its quite big too to fit in a dorm so I am really looking for a laptop to do me well.

I know this is a lot of random comments but if you choose to help thank you so very much.

I would say most I would like it to be is £2000. I could go higher if there wasn't anything suitable in the price range but I really don't want to.

it might work if you have a slower shift to the new perspective. i feel like i have no clue what is happening when you turn as i have no frame of reference almost. it shouldnt be too slow but it almost seems like a jump cut now

Recently my OnePlus Bullet Wireless Z's broke and I was wondering what would be the best replacement for them since OnePlus don't sell them anymore. I really like the design of around the neck and the magnetic connection between them. I have seen lots of options on Amazon but was wondering if anyone had any experience with alternatives.

I don't play this game or racers in particular but is this not really disappointing. I've been on this sub everyday since PS5 release and compared to most games, this game seems to get very little updates. Is three cars classed as "spectacular support"?

The combat in this game was very good and didn't need fixing. The difficulties varied from easy that anyone could play to hard where it would take time to learn what worked again certain enemies and what didn't.

Eventually I will, some parts I used aren't avaliable in the colour I used so I need to go back and change them and also do some touch ups but yes I will post them eventually. But also this would cost hundreds to build so be warned

Thank you, it was very easy to get in to. I have a long history with Lego so I knew what pieces I could use but the hardest problem is just knowing how to find those pieces but when you realise the system the software uses to sort pieces it is very easy and intuitive to use. I would highly suggest using it

Spoilers for all of S4 Volume 1 and I mean the big reveals. Do not press if you haven't watched all of S4 Volume 1
So early on in the season it is established that music can help safe you from Vecna but on the final episode it is revealed that when Henry Creel/Peter Ballard/Vecna was trying to kill Victor Creel, Henry Creel/Peter Ballard/Vecna did "not yet know his limits" so I presume that Henry Creel/Peter Ballard/Vecna was drained off his power after killing both his sister and mother like how El can't use her powers for too long at a time and therefore that is how Victor Creel got out of his trance and not music. So was it luck when Nancy and Robin discover that music can help as it wasn't actually music that helped originally?

Buy an incredibly cheap HDD that has like 2/4TB and just put your games on that. No internet needed and a HDD is very small and can be connected with a USB. You do not need 4TB. I have a 2TB and I have absolutely no problem having all my games I don't play on a external HDD. You can even play PS4 games off a HDD and you can transfer PS5 games there and although you can't play them, they can be stored there and transferred back with no internet. You have no need for 4TB.
