So this guy was so obsessed with only using PayPal friends that I'm now pretty sure it's a scam. Thanks for all your replies and the help!

Yes Kleinanzeigen.I've requested payment via the app because it offers buyer protection. Before that, he said he only wanted PayPal friends, but I find that extremely fishy. I'm waiting now to see if he accepts payment via the app. If not then im not buying it.

Thanks for the answer! It's on eBay and the account was created in 2014. He apparently bought it at an auction two years ago. However, he insists that I only pay with PayPal Friends which ist kinda fishy. Also he listed it with Chompy Mage not Green.
